Pricing

$75/hourConsultations:
(1 hour)
Paid in full upfrontHourly Research:
A 50% deposit is due before the start of research. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.Authorizing Additional Expenses:
Sometimes, additional expenses come up in the course of the research (e.g. to order/mail record copies). We work with our clients to establish a process for authorizing these additional expenses on a case-by-case basis.An itemized list of additional expenses incurred will be provided with your final bill.

Refund policy

Consultations:Consultations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the meeting to receive a full refund.No-shows and consultations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.Hourly Research:The initial deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your project with 48 hours of your initial payment. After this time, the deposit is nonrefundable.If you cancel after the first 48 hours, an adjustment to the remaining balance (final invoice) will depend on how much research has already been completed.Please Note:
Genealogical research is inherently unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that the research will yield the results you desire.
